21 days of daily, 15-minutes of laughter-in-the-absence-of-humor -- no jokes, no comedy, and no humor of any kind. Ours is a process that begins with deep yoga breathing, gentle stretches and simulated laughter. In other words, we teach you to stimulate your own natural laughter.
