Brett and Tracy in the Morning on B-98

This duo has owned the airwaves for morning drive time for over 20 years. The day of our interview I was fortunate to have Robin Smith as our Co-host. Robin is well known throughout the community as a real go-getter and as a great laugh she easily shares with everyone.

Excerpts from the interview:


Brett:
"We laugh so much around here and it's good for your health".

Judy:
Yes, science has proven over and over again that laughter reduces depression and lowers blood pressure. There are all kinds of medical reasons to engage in 15-minutes of daily laughter. We are not talking about a mild social tee-hee but rather deep robust belly laughter. And, we teach people how to do that in the absence of humor, no jokes, no slapstick, no comedy of any kind."

"Giggles are good at work! Laugh more, take yourself less seriously, have fun and smile."
