BEGIN |
Take
charge of your life; by beginning something
you've always wanted to do. |
IMAGINE |
Your
imagination has no boundaries. Dreaming about
something is often the first step to achieving
it. |
LAUGH |
Laughter
is the direct route to the soul. It broadens
your perspective, keeps you healthy and makes
difficult experiences easier. |
BELIEVE |
Tell
yourself you will succeed at whatever you are
doing at the moment. This sets your mind to
predict success. Convince yourself that good
thing will happen and they will. |
SEEK |
Don't
live strictly inside your comfort zone. Allow
yourself to grow by challenging your insecurities. |
PLAY |
As
adults, we can always find things that need
to be done at work or at home. Schedule play. |
TRUST |
Analyze
the ways you make your decisions. Sometimes
being paralyzed by indecision is worse than
making a wrong decision. You can't grow if
you don't trust your inner voice. |
CONNECT |
Simply
put, we all need each other. Relationships
pull us through the hard times and make the
good times meaningful, so nurture the connections
that lift you up. Avoid the ones that don't. |
APPRECIATE |
At
least once a day stop and ask yourself what
you appreciate about your life. Instead of
focusing on what you think you're missing.
Focus on what you have. |
HOPE |
Hope
is the knowledge that even in the worst times
we can triumph and grow in spirit. Whether
it's the desire to attain a goal at work or
the belief that tomorrow will be a better day,
hope replaces fear with optimism. |

Until
next time … laugh
yourselves silly. You'll feel better!
