More good news to share with all . . . On April 20, 2009

The Wichita Public Library and Wichita Public Library Foundation honored Books for Life International for their help in bringing literacy and the joy of reading to the children of the world.

It was in partnership with the Wichita Public Library and the Wichita Public Schools that the wonderful teaching video The Art of Reading a Storybook was created from parents and caregivers.

The video is FREE and available through Trees for Life. However, the organization asks that you make a donation of $5 to cover the cost of shipping and handling.

You may view the video at their website or they are now available on You Tube for you to send to all your family and friends. This is a great parenting tool and should be shared with all. They are even set up in eight segments to be enjoyed one at a time, when the parent or caregiver has the opportunity. I can tell you little ones like watching them too!
