BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM

Are you sick and tired of all the hype from the media and pharmaceutical giants?

Well here is some good old fashioned advice -- wash your hands frequently, sneeze and cough into a clean tissue and dispose of it in the nearest trash receptacle. If tissue is not readily available bend your arm and cough or sneeze into your sleeve and do NOT hug anyone until you have changed your clothing.

It is equally important to exercise daily, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, fish high in Omega 3's and drink green tea or unsweetened cranberry juice. These good habits will keep your immune system strong.

We recommend you add good old belly laughter to your daily routine to BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM instantly. Good deep belly laughter -- not the mild social tee-hee we are accustom to. And, as a fan of laughter-without-humor you know you don't have to rely on jokes or funny films to create your own natural laughter any time you want. But if you are alone they are a great booster and good tools to use.

We recommend laughter in groups -- remember it is contagious -- laughter that is. And it is a good contagion. However, we ALWAYS ask those with a cough, cold or flu like symptoms to STAY home. And that is probably the best advice during the flu season -- STAY home when you are not feeling well.

It is a proven fact one can feel better instantly with a good belly laugh. When you feel better you do better. After all, what are we without good health? Science has shown us the happier we are . . . the healthier we are and vise-a-versa. What does laughter do for your physical and mental health . . . it's all good. Lots of research available to confirm an apple a day is as important as 15-min of good deep belly laughter each day.

And . . . remember to laugh yourself silly, you'll feel better.
