Hello, Everybody!!!

What a great cold February morning! A couple of quick new items; Thanks Prairie View we are mentioned in the February FrontLine Employee, bottom of page 2, titled Laughter in the Workplace. "Studies point laughter's ability to improve morale and health, even to lower turnover rates." And, I've had laughter students tell me they find daily laughter lowers their self-restraint and allows them to laugh more readily during normal daily activities. If you have found that to be true for yourself, we would love to hear about it.

And, a new report out of Utah State University, "Next they'll be howling at the moon".  "The student government will consider a request to sanction a finals week howl, something that started during last spring when a small group of student tried to beat the tension of finals week by howling like wolves. The students thought it was effective and called for another howl last semester. Students want to vent all that pressure." What about a daily laughter-in-the-absence-of-humor class? That too could be quite effective.

Until next time … laugh yourselves silly. You'll feel better!
