The proverbial Princess and the Pea -- that's me. Comfort is a biggy with me. Got to get all the pillows just right before sleep. Got to have all my little chicks lined up -- those pesky details out of the way. And, just as I'm about to drift off, here come those great new ideas popping into my head. Gotta get up and write them down because they will surely be gone by morning.

For example, the thunder boomer the other night -- it was actually the third night in a row with severe wind, loud thunder and brilliant lightening bouncing around just outside my bedroom window. As I practiced my Princess and the Pea routine, it occurred to me I could create a laughter exercise around the activities occurring during a thunderstorm. Brilliant! So, I had to write it down.

If you are a Laughter Links Coach, go to level ll in the Coaches Corner and check it out. If not, ask your coach to demonstrate it in your next laughter class.

Some mornings do bring great inspirations, especially when I've been mulling over a new opportunity that presents some great new challenges, i.e., the Mary Kay ladies. They all have full time jobs in different parts of the city, so how to get them together for laughter training first thing every morning before they go to work? Yes, laughter, just like any other exercise, works best in the morning before you get too busy with life. That is when I remembered Skype -- that amazing, FREE Internet videoconferencing tool. Haven't got all the details nailed down yet, but it could happen sooner than you think. Will keep you posted.

Until next time … laugh yourselves silly. You'll feel better!
